I would like to get tattooed at the point ink, how do i go about it?
we recommend that you start by looking at all artists work and when you have decided on which artist you would like to have work done by, go and fill out the TATTOO INQUIRY form.
I had a consultation ,left a deposit and booked a time and date, can i see my drawing tomorrow?
Our artists are very busy, we are stoked that you are excited for your tattoo but please respect our artists as they must prioritize their time.
what if i change my mind?
Once you and your artist have nailed down a plan for your new tattoo there can be no major changes to the design. If you have changed your mind on the design we are happy to start over but there will be additional fees, as well as a potential rebooking for a later date.
i don't want to come in or leave a deposit,can i just email stuff and you can draw something up?
Artists are very busy and time is worth money! Drawing is a part of the tattoo process therefore a deposit must be put down before this process can start. If you are genuinely interested in getting tattooed please fill out our contact form.
i can't find a babysitter can i bring my kids with me?
No, we ask that you not bring any children to any appointments.
my friends want to come support me/watch me get my tattoo done ,thats ok right?
We ask that you come alone to your appointment, anyone tagging along will be asked to leave as our waiting area is for clients waiting to be tattooed.

Yes, we take walk ins as time allows.

can i choose my artist for a walk in tattoo?
If you are wanting a tattoo by a specific artist, we recommend that you make an appointment with said Artist as we cannot guarantee they will have time available.
can i get a sleeve as a walk in tattoo?
Walk ins are for smaller simple designs. If you are looking for larger complex projects, please fill out a a tattoo inquiry form for the Artist you are wanting to book with.

why do i have to leave a deposit?
Deposits are to secure your appointment and to start the process. If you choose to cancel your appointment indefinitely , your deposit is used to compensate the artist for their time. Otherwise All Deposits come off the last tattoo appointment.
i'm sick/out of town/ unexpected emergency, I cant give 72 hours notice, can I re-schedule without losing my deposit?
Artist require at least 72 hours notice to re-schedule cancelled appointments. If insufficient notice is given it is in store policy that the deposit is voided, and the artist may at their discretion require an additional deposit to be left to rebook the client.

I came in for a consultation, then booked an appointment and i have changed my mind,. Can i get my deposit back?I gave plenty of notice?

Our artists time is both valuable to themselves as income and to prospective clients. Every cancellation requires time spent re-booking clients and altering schedules.

HOW much are deposits?
Deposits vary on the size of the project. The typical deposit will start at the value of one hours time and will always come off the last session of your tattoo.
I cancelled my appointment and gave enough notice,can i transfer my deposit to my friend/spouce?

Artist may hold store credit for cancelled appointments at their discretion.
I need to reschedule my appointment multiple times, is that going to be a problem?
Our artists are happy to reschedule your appointment, if enough notice is provided. Life happens, and we acknowledge that, however multiple reschedules take time out of our artists day so in an event of multiple reschedules an additional deposit may be required.
